Workshops Rose runs classes seasonally to teach people fermentation skills to ferment safely and confidently at home. These are fun, hands-on experiences where you are guided in a supportive environment to learn the skill of fermentation. We eat food, share experiences and have a good laugh whilst chopping vege. Often these classes are held at her production kitchen at Shillingford Organics (so you also get to see the farm), but she does travel to other locations to share this knowledge. The classes are focused around seasonal fermentation, so vary in content throughout the year.
